I was looking for an agent to assist me in the process of purchasing a rental property.  I had called my former agent and requested his help in locating properties and he said he'd look up listings and get back to me - he didn't.  A week later, I called him again, left a message and waited.  Again,  no callback.  After another week, in desperation, I called my former mortgage broker, explained what happened and asked if he knew anyone good.  He said, "I know someone who is stellar and she WILL call you back!"  He gave me Kim's contact info, I left a message for her and she called me back on the same day I believe, but no more than 24 hours.  Kim gives full attention to details and her customers, before, during and even AFTER the deal is done.  She is my "go to" person for real estate. You won't be disappointed!

She's above the rest

My story is a little different than a typical buy/sell transaction. With divorce comes selling assets. Kim was asked to sell a rental property than was riddled with plat issues. It was not a glamorous or easy process. Yet Kim handled high emotions, my estrangement with my then husband with such  care and empathy. I felt taken care of in a time I could not handle much more drama.

So my review is really about Kim's ability to handle a really ugly situation and still be patient, kind and professional. Her skills as a realtor are exceptional. But what set her apart is her heart. It wasn't that she stood to gain much if anything by the end -- her authenticity is why I have and will continue to recommend Kim to anyone that needs her skillset. She's above the rest by leaps and bounds.
