Kim has been active in the Frederick County real estate community for over 16 years as a successful REALTOR®, past manager of RE/MAX Achievers and the former Director of Operations and Marketing for RE/MAX Realty Plus and RE/MAX 100.
With over a decade of experience in marketing, business development, and an extensive real estate background, Kim offers her clients opportunities to purchase and sell real estate through an out of the box marketing and sales approach. Kim developed, along with a partner, a prominent real estate and development company in the Dominican Republic which generated a substantial listing inventory with loyal clients and a steady stream of referrals. In addition to her other accomplishments, Kim has provided Marketing and Consulting services to several organizations including Real Estate, Title, Retail and Software firms.
Kim is a licensed Title Insurance Producer and member of the National, Maryland, and Frederick County Association of Realtors. Her charitable efforts include serving the Frederick County Mental Health Association. Kim graduated from American University with a B.S.B.A in Marketing and resides in Urbana.
